New rollers, a new cord, new light caps, and new diodes were all freshly installed/tested. Coil thoroughly cleaned. Fixed Voltage shafts/pickups greased with dielectric grease. This transformer was tested with a voltmeter AND load tested using a locomotive and a whistle tender. Everything works great!
